Chartreux
A National Cat of France, the Chartreux is a cat with a heavyset, often referred to for its role as “potato on toothpicks.” They are a strong cat with a basic body frame and short legs. They are only available as the color blue (grey) and come with an incredibly soft, long double coat. Chartreux is a calm and loving cat who loves humans but isn’t too clingy. Devon Rex
It’s impossible to forget the sight of a Devon Rex once you’ve had a look at this cat that is unique. They sport large, bat-like ears with a pointed face. triangular heads, big round eyes, a slender body shape, and a curly coat. They are referred to for being the “Pixie of the Cat Fancy” because they resemble tiny forest elves. Their coats are made of small, tight curls that cover their entire body and can be completely hairless in certain places. They are lively playful cats with fun personalities which make them a popular choice among families and children seeking a cat who’s more cat-like than feline.
Korat
The Korat is one of the uncommon species that is not found in U.S. and hails from Thailand. They are among the most ancient cat breeds that are in the world currently. They sport an elongated coat that has a blue-grey hue that has silver tips. The Korat is a shimmering cat that adds a glimmer on its coat when it moves. Combined with their emerald-green eyes, they are stunningly gorgeous cats. The Korat is known as an extremely calm, quiet cat, who can be timid around strangers, but very affectionate towards their human.
Nebelung
Another uncommon breed one is Nebelung, a rare breed. Nebelung that comes only in a greyish-blue hue. The Nebelung is the appearance of a “semi-foreign” build and weigh between 5 to 16 pounds.
