Whenever you turn your printer on, a maintained cycle is initialized.

This method clears dry ink, debris from your cartridge nozzle and allows the ink to flow from your cartridge into the internal, and out of the print head in order to lose any clogged or obstructed nozzle.

Method #01; Damp Paper Towel Application:

This method is usually found one of the simplest and easiest among all. Mostly print head found directly on the cartridge, simply uninstall the cartridge. Take a damp paper apply it to the print head nozzle and wipe it down.

You will clearly see the ink will descend and change into a liquid as exposed to water. The clogged ink will begin to wipe off. As the cartridge gets dry, install it into the printer again.

Method #02; Soaking:

This method can only be used when the above is not working. This is a little bit intense but 100% efficient. Take 1:1 of water and isopropyl alcohol and mix it well. Then keep ONLY printer head into this solution.

This method will break down chunks into color liquid. Keep the print head into the solution for 24 hrs then remove and dry it completely and reinstall back.

Method # 03; Use Pliers to Remove the Blob:

Take a couple of pliers and softly remove the blob of plastic from the extruder. If the contact point is melted then you don’t have to apply force on it. If you did it by your hand then it will be dangerous and might get burned.

Method # 04; Use a Brass Brush to Get the Last Bits:

When you completely remove the blocks of plastic then apply the Brass brush and clean it. This will help you to clean the remaining small chunks of plastic.

Give some extra focus to the nozzle area or replace it. It is cheap and easily available everywhere. If you didn’t do this then you will face problems in the future.
