Best practices from professionals indicate that a target keyword should not appear more than once per 200 words. Using it too much can actually incur the wrath of Google.

But, refer back to that last section. Instead of using the keyword again, you can just use one of those variants you found in the search results.

Shop the People Also Ask Sections in the Search Results
One more killer tip: search for the target keyword and see what’s lurking in the “People Also Ask” section of the search results.

The “People Also Ask” section, also known as the PAA section, is a gold mine of information and probably your single best resource for SEO-optimized content.

This is where Google compiles the most frequently searches, along with “answers” from the search results.

If you take the information from this section of the search results and put it in your content, you are fast-tracking that good stuff for the search results.
