Exercise Can Keep Your Depression at Bay

Depression is very bad for human life, might be our disease can be over but if someone has suffered from depression can’t be healed easily. Exercise can be an effective treatment for depression and might even help prevent us from becoming depressed in the first place. Everyone says that they need to exercise to keep their body and mind healthy. But what we may not realize is that those health effects extend to your brain.
Physical exercises have many beneficial and effective on health, exercise and training induces changes in skeletal muscle that can purge the blood of a substance that accumulates stress, and is harmful to the brain. "Skeletal muscle appears to have a detoxification effect that, when activated, can protect the brain from insults and related mental illness,"
Well-trained muscle gives an immense energy that purges the body from harmful substances and depression. Depression can hit at any time in your life. There are some exercises which can reduces your depression:
Warm up for 5-minutes and then walk, run for a minute, then walk for 2 minutes. Do 5-7 cycles. Finish with a 5-minute cool-down. 
Keep your ribcage over your pelvis and lean forward, with one leg lunged forward through the doorway. Be careful not to arch your back. Hold 30 for seconds. 
Yoga not only helps your flexibility and but also increases your strength; it can also help you relax. 
Breathe deeply into your belly for a count of 4. Stress causes your sympathetic nervous system.
Running Could be the best exercise to "feel good", which are believed to be responsible for the euphoric mood some runners experience after an energizing run called "runner's high."
Cycling can also be considered as one of the best exercise to keep your body healthy and wealthy. It makes your circulation also very smooth.
Laughter is one of the beautiful thing in our human life, and it also have many benefits which releases the depression. 15-20 minutes’ laughter a day, itself can burn 50 calories.
Jumping and skipping is also very good for our mind and body.
Depression often results in a lack of energy and increased feelings of tiredness, so the thought of getting ready, out the door, and exercising might seem overwhelming. So, try these exercises and be relaxed and happily for ever.
