Rather than drinking cold water after eating, we should have a glass of warm water.
Doctors recommends to drink water if there is any physical problem. Drink 8-10 glasses of water at least every day. This keeps your body, digestive system, skin and hair nourishing and healthy. We should not drink water with food, there will be problem in our digestion of food due to mud in the stomach. We should drink water after 30 minutes to 1 hour after meals. Then, it helps in digesting food in the digestive System.
Drink a glass of water before sleeping. It does not have any fear of dreams, sleep is good, food is digested properly. Excessive intake of water is harmful for health.

3.Excessive drinking water, the digestive juices present in our body stop working, by which food is digested, because of this food starts digesting very late and sometimes not fully digested.
